Characteristic
1.Aluminum alloy bobbin integrated diaphragm
- 100mm diameter aluminum diaphragm integrated with bobbin adopts 35μm ultra-thin and ultra-light type.
- The voice coil uses a pure rectangular aluminum slit wire with excellent conductivity and wind the coil.
- Combined with the intergated ultra-thin diaphragm,the vibration system is lighter and can reproduce even minute signals without distorition up to 24KHz.
- The effect of edge resonance is reduced by using a rear compression systems.
- Edge part adopts titanium diamond shape(rhombus) to prevent micro vibration.
2.Phaseplug(Phase equalizer) & Throat
- Made of original forged integrated aluminum alloy with 4slits.(Since the slit at the edge part generates distortion due to resonance)
- Strict dimensional accuracy and high rigidity,cutting technology reduces distortion.
- Copper plating on pure iron to prevent oxidation.
- An ultra-thin copper ring is pressed into the voice coil surface for smoothing high-frequency characteristics.
- The throat part is made of brass in consideration of sound quality effects to achieve a clearer sound.
3.Magnetic circuit
- Magnet adopts large Alnico DG5 with inner magnet type with high sound quality effect.
- A powerful magnetic circuit with magnetic flux density or 2.0 Tesla(20,000 gauss).
- Dramatically reduced current distortion by adopting a double short ring.
4.Externals
- The outer yoke, which is part of the magnetic circuit, is made by a rugged special casting method
- The back chamber is made of aluminum alloy and specially designed so as not to affect the diaphragm.
- The speaker terminal is a crimp type that can used very thick wires.
5.Durability
- The magnet uses Alnico DG5 for magnetic measures.
- Radiation control with integrated matal voice coil and matal phaseplug.
- The newly developed joint method is used for soldering the aluminum wire of the diaphragm to take measures against deterioration such as diconnection.
- Designed to maintain initial characteristics for a long time.
